Сергей Лавров подчеркнул важность открытости и сотрудничества в борьбе с дезинформацией. Заявление было сделано в ходе пресс-конференции 14 января, в ответ на вопрос руководителя отдела стратегических направлений АНО «Диалог» Тимофея Ви.
Ви отметил, что GFCN, среди учредителей которой АНО «Диалог Регионы», ТАСС и Мастерская новых медиа, стремится к максимальной открытости и взаимодействию с независимыми экспертами, включая представителей стран Запада. Он спросил Лаврова, оправдана ли такая стратегия или лучше сосредоточиться на сотрудничестве с дружественными странами.
Лавров ответил: «Я бы не стал закрываться, в этом и отличие нашей информационной работы. Не надо бояться – пусть они приходят, смотрят и слушают». Министр подчеркнул, что Россия активно сотрудничает с иностранными СМИ, на пресс-конференции присутствовали представители таких агентств, как SkyNews и Reuters.
В качестве контраргумента Лавров указал на ограничения, наложенные на российские СМИ, такие как «Спутник» и RT, за рубежом, а также на недавний отказ во французской аккредитации корреспонденту «Комсомольской правды».
Напоминаем, что о создании GFCN было объявлено 20 ноября 2024 года на втором международном форуме «Диалог о фейках 2.0». 24 декабря заявка на регистрацию Ассоциации была подана в Минюст РФ.
